A controlled delivery process

Clear gates before the project clock starts.

Selection and payment are important, but a project becomes ready only when the scope, paperwork, funding, information, and approvals are complete.

01

Choose the outcome

Select a complete package, individual services, or a custom project path.

02

Confirm fit and scope

Provide the jurisdiction, business activity, providers, content, systems, integrations, and required outcome. Starting-at and custom work receives a written scope first.

03

Approve paperwork and outside costs

Complete the Master Services Agreement and Project Authorization Form. Select providers and approve applicable third-party costs.

04

Fund the project

Pay the required professional-service deposit and any approved reimbursable outside costs. The standard deposit is 50% unless the Project Form states otherwise.

05

Complete the readiness checklist

Submit the required information, content, assets, identity verification, account access, provider selections, and approvals for the selected services.

06

Schedule and build

Once the project is ready, Footprints assigns a start window. A consultation or kickoff call is scheduled only when the work requires one.

07

Review, complete, and hand off

Review deliverables, provide one consolidated response, complete final payment, and receive control of the finished accounts, records, credentials, and systems.

Ready to schedule means

Nothing essential is still missing.

The estimated delivery timeframe starts after all applicable readiness items are complete.

Phase 1 storefront

The guided project intake is the next system being built.

For now, review the packages and individual services. Online selection, agreements, uploads, payment, work orders, and contextual booking will follow in the next build phases.
